Investment

Put equity in the budget.
Not the footnotes.

Pay them. Promote them. Fund them. Investment is where good intentions become organizational infrastructure. Three things: bias detection, equity benchmarks, diverse vendors.

Co-Creation

Build with.

The most dangerous phrase in AI: “we built this for women.” Co-creation means women shape the product before it ships, not after the backlash. Technology built with communities always outperforms technology built at them.

Make it structural.
